I believe in co-visioning rather than commissioning. The commissioned paintings I create are a collaborative process, personalized to your vision. I work with both residential and commercial clients and the process remains the same. Here's how we roll:
Our first meeting will be a consultation either virtually or at my studio if you are local. We’ll discuss subject matter, color palette, sizing and any other pertinent information to help me create your perfect piece. When our vision is in alignment, we’ll proceed with a contract and 50% down payment. You’re first step to owning a personalized piece of artwork begins!
Consult

My woodworker custom crafts the wood frame and canvas to your specifications. The finishing of the wood frame will be selected after your painting is complete to ensure it perfectly complements the finished piece.
Craft

Here’s where things get sketchy. Don’t worry, only in the creative sense! I sketch the design for your painting so we have a visual representation of what you can expect before brush hits canvas.

Once I illustrate I’ve captured your vision, the painting begins. You’ll receive updates and photos as your painting progresses. I welcome your feedback along the process, right up to final approval. I want you to love your painting!

After final approval, your slice of happiness on canvas is complete! Final payment is collected and your artwork can be picked up at my studio or packaged, insured and shipped to you!
